A warm welcome will never go a miss when visiting us. Restaurant owners Philip and Sue both have a strong passion for French cuisine, with Philip training and working in New York, and Sue in London, spending many vacations across in sunny France, they have a lifetime of experience to deliver to your plate!
Birdies is located in the heart of Whitstable, with the beach a stone throw away you'll have plenty to do in this buzzing fishing town.
The restaurant itself has a French Bistro style theme carried from the outside and throughout, inside features art from local artists as well as pieces picked up on the restaurant owners travels.
Head Chef Philip has put a big emphasis on keeping the restaurant green and environmentally friendly. Birdies recycles all glass and oil used in the restaurant as well as turning food containers into storage for our homegrown herbs!
